I’m Danya.

Artist, Photographer, & Graphic Designer

I was 16 when I bought my first camera. I instantly fell in love with creating these narratives that I’d imagine in my head. I liked to read a lot as a kid and oftentimes I found myself creating images based on books. (You can find my reading list below). Photography for me, became about visually representing those stories. Now, when I shoot, I aim to write others stories, artistically through the lens. Whether it’s creative portraits, family photos, or branding, my goal is to bring light to what brings you life.

Outside of photography, I enjoy spending time thrifting, reading, painting, and running! My faith is the central part of my life. I love Jesus and believe that he is the greatest storyteller of all time! I’m forever grateful for His authorship of my life and for the opportunity to share His love with others!
